Delivery

The products are made to measure. We aim to have your shades finished within two weeks although this is dependent on how many orders we are processing and the size of your order.

We will let you know if we expect our manufacture times to be greater than two weeks.

Our shades are delivered on a 3-5 business day delivery service.

Returns

As the products are made to measures we cannot accept returns except for defects. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss any defects.

Where there is a legitimate defect the item should be returned within 1 month and a replacement will be provided. You will reimbursed for any postage costs incurred.

Our Fabric & Care Instructions

We recommend washing your shades on a maximum 30 degree wash to avoid any shrinkage.

Over time up to 5% shrinkage could be experienced.
